Summer is approaching fast! I love it! Some of my favorite things about Summer are the beach & BBQs! Seriously who doesn’t love sun, sand, grills & food??
I’ve posted some really awesome recipes over the past year or so and I’m absolutely amazed that I haven’t posted a recipe for my mom’s potato salad. You know what that means? It means that very soon there will be the best recipe you’ll ever find for potato salad on New York City Eats.
It’ll happen, you’ll see.
For now I’ve got some amazing barbecue ready recipes and an amazing giveaway for TWO tickets to Mohegan Sun’s first-ever Sun BBQ Fest on June 2nd! You can check out the details of the event here. More on the giveaway after the jump…

I love anything done up on the grill. Baby back ribs is my traditional favorite with lots of sauce. Last summer however I experiences grilled corn for the first time. I could seriously eat 5 at once. So good!
Boozy BBQ Spare Ribs sound wonderful. Nothing better than fall-off-the-bone ribs!
That feta stuffed lamb burger sounds amazing. I love grilling on my East Village rooftop – from grilled marinated chicken to veggie kabobs, I have so many summer time BBQ favorites!
Everything as seen in the pics looks so good esp the crispy potatoes. My fav bbq food will be lamb and potatoes to go with it.
The chocolate beer bundt cake sounds incredibly delicious.
This is a fantastic round up – thanks for sharing
And a very generous givaway too!
Cheers
